Convenient location for exploring hiking trails.

Our stay was quite disappointing. The breakfast room was overcrowded, making it hard to find a place to sit, and when we did manage to eat, the selection was limited. Additionally, the two TVs in our room were malfunctioning. despite the staff attempting to fix them, they remained unusable, which was frustrating. To top it off, the kids were really let down when they found the pool closed during our stay.

The room was clean and well-equipped, although the

i almost thought this hotel would be tolerable, but alas, the shower was absolutely freezing, and the front desk staff seems to think saying 'sorry' is sufficient. will not return to this 'luxury'.

We loved exploring the nearby hiking trails together, and our room was clean and fresh. The kids enjoyed the good TV selection, and it was nice having our parents join us in a spacious environment. It made our family time really special.

My kids wished there were more kid-friendly activities on site.

Had a great time here with my friends! The location was perfect for exploring the nearby golf course and hiking trails. Plus, we appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Free breakfast options were decent to start our day. If you're looking for a solid place to recharge after your adventures, this spot totally fits.

However, our experience was slightly marred by the cleanliness of the breakfast area. It could have been much better stocked and tidied up for guests, which was a disappointment given the overall positive vibe of the hotel.

The location provided easy access to Jasper National Park, making it a great base for our family adventures. The friendly staff went above and beyond, accommodating our request for a quieter room immediately. Breakfast offered enough variety to satisfy everyone, and the small gym was well-equipped. However, the breakfast area was overcrowded during peak hours, and the lone elevator was frustratingly slow. The room faced a busy parking lot, which detracted from the overall experience.

I loved my stay here! The breakfast options were varied and delicious, and I was able to get a great deal on lift tickets at the lobby. However, the noisy heater in my first room was quite bothersome until they quickly moved me to a quieter one. I'd definitely consider staying here again.
